About the boat:
It’s approximately 20 x 10 metres and is powered by two 60 hp, Yamaha outboards. Both have been serviced regularly. Two fuel tanks hold about 500 litres of fuel in total.
It has two steel pontoons which were sand-blasted and repainted about two years ago.
Downstairs there are three bedrooms and upstairs there is a queen bed, with mozzie net, for sleeping out in the warmer months. You can sleep eight people comfortably, legally ten.
There are two dining areas: one downstairs and one on the upper deck.
The upper deck has been re-fibre glassed and covered. There are also covered, smaller deck areas front and back on the lower level.
The shower room downstairs has been modernised and there is also a toilet outside – a loo with a view!
The stairs have been remade to be super safe and there is stainless steel wire all around the top deck balustrade for kid and dog safety.
There is heaps of storage space on the upper deck plus a good-sized cooler box on the front deck.
Included is a two-person kayak with seats and paddles. Plus, a four-person Quintrex tinnie, fitted with a 60 hp Evinrude E-tec outboard, and tailor-made cover.
Note – the boat was dry docked recently and can be viewed at Baldwin’s Boats, Mildura. This also allows the prospective buyer to check out the underneath.
